When you make the call to My Aged Care (MAC) you will be contacting a call centre. The people who answer the phone are call centre staff. They are not clinicians.
How to start accessing support
Knowing where to start when you’re thinking about accessing services or support for your ageing spouse or for an ageing family member can be overwhelming and it’s certainly not a ‘one size fits all’ approach. It really depends on your individual circumstances.
