I am a nurse who specialises in the care of older people and I am passionate about the work I do and the impact that it makes.

I am the daughter of an amazing man who I was privileged to call my Dad.

I was a carer for my Dad, who had Alzheimer’s disease and sustained four strokes in the last year of his life.

I am an advocate, consultant, enabler and health systems navigator.

My aim is to equip you with the knowledge and know how to guide your decision making and facilitate the best care for your ageing loved one.
